Storm In Canterbury

The door snapped open as i hugged my dog and two cats it was to much I jumped onto Davina's bed and squeezed her tightly one minute later lightning struck leaving only darkness behind. the next thing I knew thunder KABOOM! my ears popped it was all over. All over. But not so soon just then lightning lit up the room once more.

    Fantastic writing that's how you win a writing comp. As Lear said nice describing of the storm and the KABOOM part is a bit funny. I really liked all of it but the best part was how you hugged your dog and two cats.
